Jeffery D. Stein Appointed to AeroAstro Board of Directors

AeroAstro,
Inc., a leading provider of small satellites and related technology
products, today announced the appointment of Mr. Jeffery D.
Stein to its Board of Directors. With over twenty-five years
of experience as a technology CEO, he will provide AeroAstro
with strong expertise in areas of finance, technology, operations,
marketing, sales, and fund raising.
Mr. Stein founded and served as the CEO of two high-technology companies, one of which grew to more than 100 employees (Convene International), while the other employed more than 200 people (On-line Business Systems). He currently heads up Peyton Investments, Inc., which specializes in advising, mentoring, and guiding companies at all levels of maturity to reach their full potential. In his present position, he plays an active role in deal screening for an angel investing group, mergers and acquisitions (rollups), CEO coaching and mentoring, advisory services, technology consulting, turnarounds, financial restructuring, strategic planning and private investing in technology companies.
